At this time, The On Brand Designs Shop does not accept returns. We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper in an effort to avoid waste. If you receive an item that is damaged or misprinted, please contact Kim@onbranddesigns.com and I will be able to further assist you with a replacement.

If your item is not delivered, please contact Kim@onbranddesigns.com within three business days of the package's original delivery date.
